Advanced Illness Care Initiative Kickoff

NQP's advanced illness care initiative is addressing the need to improve care for patients, with an eye toward promoting care that enhances their quality of life, helps them navigate our complex healthcare system, and avoids unnecessary and costly medical interventions. As a follow-up to strong support for an Advanced Illness Care Action Team at NQF's 2015 Annual Conference, NQP is launching its first in a series of webinars on this topic to encourage partnership, collaboration and action.
