Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Several of us would like to view the webinar as a group. Does each person need to register for the webinar to obtain CE/CPE?
A: Not necessarily. Continuing education (NP and CDR) credit is available to all nursing and dietetic professionals who participate in this webinar, including those who registered and logged into the webinar and those who did not register or log-in but participated in a group. If you do not register you will need to access the CE/CPE certificate by using the provided link and follow the instructions.
How to obtain continuing professional education credit for participating in the webinar:
During the webinar program, we will provide an internet link for continuing education certificates (CE, CDR and CPE). This link will also be sent to every individual who logs onto the webinar website on the day of the event in an email following the event. To ensure everyone who participates can obtain the CE/CPE certificate for the program, we ask that whomever in your group receives this email should forward it or share the link with their colleagues who joined them to participate in the webinar as a group.
Everyone, including those who logged into the event themselves and those who participated in a group or only listened to the program over the telephone (and therefore did not themselves log on to the event website), can obtain a continuing education certificate by simply visiting the link provided for continuing education certificates and follow the instructions.
The link for continuing education certificates can also be obtained after the webinar by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How long after the webinar can I obtain a CE/CPE certificate?
A: The link for obtaining continuing education certificates will remain active for 30 days following the webinar. After 30 days, you will need to contact Jen Finci (email@example.com or call 443-733-1188) to obtain a certificate.
Q: I plan to watch the webinar on my work computer. Can I download my CE/CPE certificate from another computer?
A: Yes. The link for obtaining continuing education certificates can be accessed from any computer.
The link for obtaining continuing education certificates will also be provided in a message which will be emailed to every individual who logs onto the webinar website on the day of the event. This email may be forwarded to those colleagues who participated in a group setting to ensure everyone who participates can obtain the CE/CPE certificate for the program.
Q. How do I get assistance before or during the session?
