How can I be sure that my computer is compatible with the web meeting software?

To participate in the web portion of the event, you will need Flash 9.0.28 or Java 1.3.1. on your computer.  Most participants already have these programs installed on their computer and do not need to install anything to enter a meeting.  This platform is compatible with Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh and Linux computers. 

How do I get technical support?

Technical support is available 24/7 via the following toll-free telephone number (for U.S. and Canada callers): 1.800.843.9166.  (International callers should dial 303.209.1600.)  You may also request help by sending an email to help@readytalk.com .

How soon after the live event can I view the on-demand archive of the program?

The archive is typically available within 2-3 business days after the live event.

If I purchase an archived version of a webinar, how many times can I access it?

You will be able to access the archived version of the webinar up to one time during the twelve months following your initial purchase.

What is NPA's cancellation/refund policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to log on the for the live Webinar, you will be given access to the archived version of the Webinar.
