We’ve added some expanded features to Forum 2012. The Industry Briefings are designed to enhance our understanding of the macro dynamics in key sectors which enables us to have productive dialogues about growing the economy with our local businesses, and to help job seekers return to work. We recognize that you may wish to hear and share the valuable information from multiple industry briefings, so we’ve arranged to have them recorded for you to purchase at a member discount.
These six Industry Briefings offer a broad overview of the key growth industries in the U.S. These sessions provide new insights into the competitive forces driving each industry, and the workforce and skill shortages that could pose threats to their continued viability. Ultimately, these insights should lead to better deployment of local resources where it is most needed.
Sessions feature an overview of the industry, an industry association representative that identifies industry trends, and a specific company representative that shares insights from the ground level.
