System Requirements and Sample Webcast Tour

We recommend that you use the link below in Step 1 to ensure your computer is configured correctly AND the link in Step 2 for a quick tutorial of the webcast interface, which will show you how to navigate the system as well as ensure that you are able to stream or download an MTA webcast.

Please note that the quality of your computer speakers will determine the quality of sound you hear. For best audio performance, we recommend using external speakers or headphones.

During the presentation, you can access handout materials and other resources by clicking on the paperclip icon that appears in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

If purchasing a live broadcast, participants will have the ability to ask questions during the presentation and can do so by clicking on the question bubble that appears in the lower right corner of the screen.

STEP 1: Test Your System

The software needed to view MTA webcasts is very common; most people already have it installed on their computer. However, we recommend that you use this link to test your system before purchasing a webcast.

If you are able to complete the test, you will be able to view the webcast. If you are not able to complete the test, you will be prompted to install any needed software.

NOTE: If you do not have the needed software and you do not have permission to install new software, you will not be able to view a webcast. To fix this problem, contact your IT department or specialist to install the needed software.

Audio-only Option: Please note that after the live event, an archived "audio-only" webcast (without video) will be available for users with a slower connection.

STEP 2: View the "How to" Demo Video

This link is a quick tour of the actual webcast interface, which will show you how to navigate the system as well as ensure that you are able to stream or download an MTA webcast. The demo video uses the same webcasting system you will be using to view MTA webcasts.
