Michigan Chamber Services Webinar Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 72 hours before the start of the webinar to receive a refund. Cancellations or non-participation within 72 hours of the webinar will forfeit the registration fee. This includes non-participation due to registrant scheduling conflicts, failure to test the computer connection prior to the webinar or other technical difficulties not in the control of MCS or its web vendor.
MCS will provide registered non-participants with access to the online archived presentation when it is available after the webinar, which is typically three to five business days. You will receive email notification when it is ready for viewing.
