What is the Webinar Series?
An interactive, 90-minute seminar series conducted via audio teleconference and the Internet and hosted by industry experts covering industry hot topics, best practices, and special interests.
For more information contact us by e-mail at tclemens@isst-d.org.

How does a "webinar" work?
About 15 minutes prior to start time, log onto the web site to view the presentation online and simultaneously call in to hear the presenter or listen to the audio through your computer speakers.

During the webinar you may contribute via chat email to the discussion and participate in the Q&A. A moderator will receive the questions and forward them to speaker at the appropriate time during the discussion.

Participants will log on to their computer. They will need to use their speakers that are connected to their computer to hear the audio portion of the webinar. If you do not have access to computer speakers and need a back-up phone number please email us at isst-dwebinars@commpartners.com

Non – North Americans:  The primary way for you to participate is via streaming audio through your computer speakers. If you need additional technical support or have questions please email us at isst-dwebinars@commpartners.com.

Those that can’t watch live will be able to purchase the archive and view (up to 5 times) the presentation.  The online archive will be available one week after the live webinar. This addresses our outreach to our international members and time zone challenges.

Will I be able to participate?
It is recommended that you test your computer in advance of the live webinar.  Click here to test your computer.  Under "Browser Test" click the link "Click Here to Test Your Browser." If you do not pass the browser test follow the instructions to install Macromedia Flash.

How much is the site registration fee?
$65 for ISSTD members and $95 for nonmembers.
Receive an additional 10% discount if you register for all four webinars in this series. Registration closes two (2) hours prior to the live webinar.

What if I am not available to watch at the scheduled time?
No problem.  An archive of all of our webinars will be available for purchase for those in any time zone.
