Mark Miller is CEO of Public Parking Associates, Inc. a company that provides consults with parking service providers to design and improve paid parking programs and to market innovative parking and revenue collection technologies.

Mark's experience has been in managing municipal and university parking operations.  Over the past 15 years he has managed parking programs in San Rafael California, Sacramento California, and at the University of California, Berkeley.  He has a BA in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration.
