Cashierless Operations: How to optimize technology without losing a personal touch
This webinar will review how Cleveland Clinic converted all parking garages to cashierless operations through the optimization of self-pay technology. The presentation will illustrate the communication strategy, the audit processes, the staffing adjustments, and the measurable results (i.e. cost savings, revenue adjustments, transaction times). We will discuss transition challenges and lessons learned as well as adjustments made throughout the project.
