How to Implement Organizational Change & Manage Performance Improvement
In this course you will learn how to use a change management formula and how to think like an athlete when addressing performance improvement. By using the change management formula you will develop an understanding of the four elements of change and how to apply the formula to guide change, even for the most difficult work groups. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently manage change and ensure positive outcomes. When we think like an athlete we can effectively manage performance improvement in stagnate organizations and work through some of the perceived barriers to performance improvement. We will discover how exercise physiology can be applied by an effective leader to improve performance, even for a reluctant work group. The most exciting part of this course is the fact that everything covered applies to our personal lives, not just our professional pursuits.

Mark Napier is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP). He currently serves as the Associate Director - Operations for Parking & Transportation Services at the University of Arizona. Mark holds a B.S. in Social Psychology (summa cum laude) from Park University and a Master's Degree from Boston University. He is a graduate of the Arizona State University Public Executive Training Program, holds a Certificate in Public Policy Management from the University of Arizona and is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police. Prior to entering the parking industry Mark held executive level leadership positions in law enforcement and was a very active adult educator. He serves on the Safety and Security and Education and Development Committees at IPI.
