You may send an email to hpn@commpartners.com or call 1-800-274-9390 to talk to a support representative.

What equipment do I need in order to participate in the online program?

You should have one computer with a high-speed internet connection (wifi is not recommened) to view the visuals/video and functioning computer speakers to listen to the audio.

How can I be sure that my computer is compatible with the technology?

Before you view the session, you should test the computer you plan to use. (Once you have tested your computer, it is not necessary to do so again if you plan to use the same computer to view future sessions.)

In order to view and hear online webinars, your computer and internet connection need to meet certain minimum requirements. Please check that your computer and software meets or exceeds these specifications:

  • Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.2

  • CPU 800 MHz
  • Monitor 800x600 pixels (1024x768 strongly recommended)
  • DSL or faster internet connection
  • Up-to-date web browser software, such as FireFox 3+, or Internet Exploder 7+, Safari 3+
  • Adobe Flash Plugin, newest version... Click here to test
  • Working audio card and speakers

How can I follow up with the speakers?

Just send an email to us at info@healthpronet.org and we’ll be happy to get you in touch with any of our presenters.

Is educational credit available?

At this time, the HPN does not offer education credits for viewing of webinars.

Can I download the on-demand webinars?

Since HPN webinars are streaming audio and video over the internet, they cannot be downloaded, but our webinars do include downloadable presentation slides and other handouts.

How many times can I view the webinar I purchased?

You can view a purchased webinar as often as you’d like. Additionally, presentation handouts are included and are downloadable for later viewing.

Can I stop a webinar in the middle and come back to watch it later?

Yes, you can pause a webinar at any point you'd like and return to watch the rest at your convenience. If you close your browser window, however, the presentation will be reset to the beginning.

Can I view webinars with colleagues and other staff on-site?

Sure! Webinars can be viewed in a conference room, for example, such that multiple staff can take advantage of these offerings.

What if I miss the live webinar?

Each session that is broadcast online will be recorded and made available for purchase and viewing after the event. Participants who purchased the live event, but were unable to attend will be provided with three free viewings of the archive.

What’s the difference between a live webinar and an on-demand webinar?

A live webinar is scheduled for and will be held on a particular date/time in the future. An on-demand webinar, in contrast, was held in the past and recorded, so you will be viewing that recording.
