Jenn Faber has over 20 years working with school-age children in commercial, private and public programs. Her degree in Business/Sport Management provided her with insight on how to run successful programs and her extensive research plus hands-on child care experience has brought her a wealth of knowledge on managing behavior of children ages 5-15. Jenn has worked the full spectrum of positions from summer camp counselor to site supervisor to City supervisor of Elementary Services. She has facilitated educational grants for afterchool providers and currently trains over 2500 providers annually. Jenn is recognized nationwide in the field of Afterschool.
