No.  CSI Webinars are streaming audio and video over the internet.  However, webinars do include downloadable presentation slides and other handouts.

What do I need in order to watch a webinar?

An internet connection and an audio output device on your computer are needed to watch a webinar. A browser test can be run at http://eo2.commpartners.com/users/CSI/browsertest.php to ensure compatibility.

Do CSI On-Demand Webinars offer continuing education credits?

Yes, all CSI Webinars offer CSI PDHs and AIA CEHs.  Select webinars also offer HSW and Sustainable Design (SD) credit.

How do I obtain my continuing education credits?

Per AIA/CES guidelines, attendees for asynchronous learning programs must demonstrate their knowledge by passing a quiz at the end of the webinar.  Quizzes are between 10 and 15 multiple choice questions and a passing score is 80%.  Learners receive 2 attempts to pass a quiz.  CSI handles the reporting of all credits for webinar attendees within 2 weeks of passing the quiz.  Quiz/evaluation links are found along with your presentation handouts - see the link in your confirmation email.

How do I obtain a completion certificate for the webinar I purchased?

Completion certificates are available approximately 2 weeks after passing a webinar quiz.

How many times can I view the webinar I purchased?

There is no limit to the number of times you can view a purchased webinar. Additionally, presentation handouts are included and are downloadable for later viewing.

Can I stop a webinar in the middle and come back to watch it later?

You can pause a webinar at any point you'd like and return to watch the rest at your convenience.  However, do not close the browser window the webinar is operating within or the presentation will be reset to the beginning.

Can I train my entire staff with a CSI On-Demand Webinar?

Sure!  However, On-Demand Webinars are designed with the individual in mind and as such only a single person may take the quiz and obtain continuing education credit.
