Should you need to cancel your registration, please send a written request to CPI Member Services (AAA), 8178 Lark Brown Road, Suite 301, Elkridge, MD 21075 or fax to 443.259.0522 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax.
Registration fees will be fully refunded if written cancellation is received by the close of business on the 5th business day before the webinar. Cancellations received fewer than five business days before the webinar will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. No registration fees will be refunded after the program. In the event that AAA must cancel a seminar, 100% of the registration will be refunded and processed for each registered webinar site. Please allow 10 - 14 days after the seminar for the processing of any refunds.
