Almost everyone talks about culture.  But, there are few examples of a detailed and disciplined approach to enriching culture with regular measurement correlated with other performance measures.  Now, we can examine the results of a three-year process to quantify, codify, and qualify culture that validates what we have known all along.

About the Presenter

Don Eckenfelder is a Past President and ASSE Fellow.  He wrote the first BCSP Management Aspects Exam.  In New Zealand Don Eckenfelder has been called safety's cultural ambassador.  He has developed a way to quantify and codify culture so an organization can qualify everything it does.  He has a history that involves reporting to the CEO of a Fortune 100 company, and authoring many articles and a book that has been described as powerful and timely.
