Hazard Communication Revisited: OSHA’s Proposal to Align the Standard with the Globally Harmonized System

OSHA has proposed to modify its Hazard Communication Standard to align it with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).  The proposed modifications would change the rule to make it more specific, with detailed criteria for evaluating hazards; specified label elements; and a 16-section safety data sheet.

During this live webinar event, our presenter, Jennifer Silk, will take you through these proposed modifications - describing them and contrasting them to the existing requirements.

This virtual class will take place on Wednesday, December 9th from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM central time.
