About the Instructors
John Mavros has been Director of Implementation Services at DBO2 since October 2001. In this role, John is responsible for leading a team of implementation managers who provide training solutions and best practices for customers seeking to prevent worker injuries and reduce potential liabilities. In addition, he coaches customers through an assessment, goal-setting, and goal measurement process that is designed to maximize safety improvement and widespread organizational engagement, from field to leadership. Prominent customers that John has worked with include: Parsons, Peabody Energy, Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding, Cal Dive and Lawrence Berkeley Labs. Prior to working at DBO2, John worked in a variety of roles at software companies including Data Channel, Sterling Commerce and Fiserv EFT Services. John studied Business Management at
