Responding to Generational Differences in the Workplace
February 24, 2009 at 12:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM CST, 10:00 AM MST, 9:00 AM PST
(90 minutes)

OVERVIEW
In today’s society, at work and in our personal lives, we face the unenviable task of having to collaborate with the largest age span ever in our nation’s history. This generational dispersion means that in order to get things accomplished in an effective manner, each of us will have to develop different ways of looking at previous concerns and identify new processes to deal with future issues. In essence what this means is that we will need to better understand what motivates these generations and how to work together.
