From Deep Lead to Deep Safe... where few have gone before

August 27, 2014 at 9am Pacific / 11am Central / Noon Eastern

Meeting Description   Details

In most organizations today, safety isn't improving anymore. We have hit plateaus in performance, and yet we still experience serious, unexpected fatal or catastrophic events.

Breaking through this barrier requires a shift from managing safety to leading it and to a level where safety is deeply entrenched in everything we do. Deep leadership is the kind of leadership that inspires people to deep safety.
