Paul W. Gantt, CSP, Safety Compliance Management, San Ramon, CA

Paul founded Safety Compliance Management, Inc. in 1991. He soon took an early retirement from the fire service, retiring as a fire chief officer. Paul has degrees in Fire Science and Public Administration. He is a regular speaker at national and regional conferences on a variety of safety and health and emergency management topics, as well as authoring and co-authoring many articles and a textbook on these subjects. Paul specializes in industrial and construction safety, multi-employer worksites, hazardous materials operations, emergency management, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations, multi-employer work sites, and Building and Fire Codes with application to a range of areas and operations including construction, manufacturing, refinery, chemical, high-tech, bio-tech and emergency response. Paul has testified in court numerous times as a recognized expert witness in occupational safety and health areas. Paul is a Board Certified Safety Professional, a Board Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician, and a Board Certified Environmental, Safety, and Health Trainer.
