Safety Program Maturity A Self Diagnostic
Knowing where to go, in large part, begins by objectively assessing where you are.  This Webinar will review the five levels of safety program maturity, and walk you through a quick-scan tool that lets you know where you are, and how much it may take to get you to where you want to go.  This is based in part on the presentation at ASSE's Safety 2013 conference -  "Sustainability at any Speed", and is designed to be more of a description of what really qualifies at each level.  Verification metrics will be a key part of the presentation.

A five-level checklist will be distributed and completing the self--assessment will be part of the webinar.

Learning Objectives

  • Measure yourself against the five levels of safety program maturity
  • Verify, through a balanced set of metrics, that maturity at each level is achieved
  • Design an implementation strategy, focused on three key programs that integrate metrics, management accountability and employee engagement, to move forward.
