How can I be sure that my computer is compatible with the web meeting software?
Prior to the event, you may test your web browser to be sure you have the required Flash software. To do so, direct your web browser to the following URL: www.ec.commpartners.com . Click on the "Browser Test." If you pass the test, you will see a Congratulations message. If you do not, you will be given instructions on where you can download the newest version of Flash. This is a free download.

Can I share my login information with someone else?
Registration entitles you to one login from one site (computer system) during the live event. If it is discovered that your registration login has been distributed to allow others to view the event, Association Media & Publishing will invoice you for an additional registration fee.
Will I have access to an archived version of the webinar if I purchase the live event?
Yes, if you purchase the live event you will be able to access the archived version of the webinar up to three times during the following twelve months.
How soon after the live event can I view the on-demand archive of the program?
The archive is typically available within 2-3 business days after the live event.
