Authors of the newly developed AMA Annotated Physician Employment Agreement will discuss issues that physicians considering employment or currently employed by organizations should become familiar with. This will include a review of important contract provisions and their potential impact on their relationship with the employing organization and their professional career. Relevant sample contract provisions will be presented and discussed.
